About the Role: As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. Key Responsibilities: Assist with month-end processes, including bank reconciliations, to support timely financial reporting. Support the Accounts Payable function by processing invoices, allocating credit notes to purchase orders, and resolving supplier queries. Manage proforma invoices, including payment tracking and system allocation. Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. Handle company credit card transactions and expense processing, ensuring compliance with company policies. Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, with a focus on transactional finance. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping. Proficiency in managing expenses, credit cards, and month-end reporting.
