They must be able to take initiative with their workload and manage their time effectively within their various day-to-day tasks. This role will require you to work as part of a team and assist in the regional day-to-day duties. You will need to have a high attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Position: Field Support Administrator
Location: Iver Depot (Colnbrook, Berkshire)
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, start times to be discussed
Salary: £24,000 per annum depending upon experience

About the Role:
Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer-focused people to join us in our Waste Network Division, working to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems. Your responsibilities will cover the following:
1. Submissions of engineer’s hours to Payroll on a weekly and monthly basis by set deadline dates
2. Submission of on-call rota to payroll
3. Managing the administrative duties regarding engineers’ holiday, including generating reports
4. Ensuring the regional calendar and rota are up to date
5. Generating sickness reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
6. Note-taking during investigations and disciplinaries
7. Booking engineers' required courses and managing and documenting their certificates, ensuring they are valid and any required training is renewed
8. Helping with the uploading of CCTV footage of the completed works for Thames Water to review on BOX
9. Looking at the jobs in terms of productivity and pricing up the completed jobs
10. When necessary, conducting drug and alcohol tests for the engineers
11. Assisting with the interview process for engineers when required, including note-taking
12. Ensuring the documents in and around the depot are kept up to date (including but not limited to health and safety posters, fire warden and first aider posters, wellbeing posters, etc.)
13. Submitting order requests for equipment for the stores, office, and tipping
14. Requesting PO numbers for order requests and uploading the delivery notes
15. Challenging and accepting parking tickets (PCN’s)
16. Responsible for stationary management: stationary for the office, PPE, managing any required purchase orders raised by the supplier
17. Overseeing the submission and filing of a range of documents to the HR Management System, including but not limited to:
1. New starters
2. Leavers
3. Probations
4. Changes in roles, salary, hours, manager
5. Investigations
6. Disciplinaries
7. Tipping
8. Expenses
9. Training certificates and cards
10. Authorised pay deductions
18. Helping with any administrative duties required by the Regional Manager
19. Any reasonable ad hoc projects, tasks, duties requested by senior management
20. Be aware of Lanes Group policies and your responsibility towards them
