Mercian Logistics, a proud member of the Cathay Investments Group, is on the lookout for a dedicated FLT Forklift Driver to join our friendly and supportive team at our Ross site.

What You'll Do:
4. Handle Goods with Care : Ensure customer goods are loaded and unloaded safely, noting any damages or missing items.
5. Organize Deliveries : Scan deliveries and place them in the correct locations according to APC load plans.
6. Maintain Order : Follow procedures for unloading vans, signing off correctly, and conducting warehouse sweeps to keep our space tidy and efficient.
What We're Looking For:
7. Experience : Previous experience in a similar role or within a process-led environment.
8. Independence : Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
9. Communication : Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors.
10. Time Management : Excellent time management and planning skills to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
11. FLT Licence : A valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is essential for this role.
