Job overview
We deliver high-quality outpatient care to Obstetrics and Gynaecology patients. We are looking for a dynamic Registrant to join our team. We offer colposcopy and hysteroscopy, and the applicant will be expected to have a strong interest in Gynaecology to support our patients in our minor operating suite. The Registrant will spend most of their time supporting our patients and assisting the medical team in the minor operating suite. Full training is offered for this post.
The department is open Monday to Fridays 8.00am to 6.00pm with occasional weekend clinics. This role works over several outpatient areas, and the post holder may be required to travel to Corby or Wellingborough. The post holder would be required to have access to transportation.

If you need to have a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check, as a requirement of the role, you will be required to repay the cost of obtaining a DBS check (£49.50), and this amount will be reclaimed from your first salary. From 1st February 2019, all new starters to the Trust are required to join the DBS update service as per Trust DBS Re-checking Policy, which has an annual cost of £16. New employees who do not join the update service will be required to pay £49.50 for a new DBS check in 3 years' time.
Please note that new starters with KGH are subject to a six-month probationary period.
