About the Role:
As a Senior Medical Partnership Manager at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, you will play a critical role in building and nurturing relationships with key external stakeholders across neuroscience and oncology therapeutic areas.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong medical background to join our team as a Senior Medical Partnership Manager. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and partnering with scientific leaders, academic institutions, healthcare professionals, and other key influencers across European geographies.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in stakeholder engagement and building scientific partnerships in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with a strong focus on neuroscience and oncology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Identification and Engagement: Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic researchers, healthcare professionals, and other key external stakeholders in neuroscience and oncology.
* Establish and maintain long-term scientific partnerships that align with the company's objectives and support its strategic priorities.
* Partnership Building: Develop and manage collaborations with academic institutions, research organizations, and professional societies to advance the company's scientific and medical initiatives.
* Foster relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring the company's compliance and visibility within the European healthcare landscape.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A medical degree (MD) or advanced scientific degree (PhD or PharmD) in a relevant field (preferably neuroscience and/or oncology).
* Substantial experience in stakeholder engagement and building scientific partnerships in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with a strong focus on neuroscience and oncology.
* Proven track record in establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs, academic and professional institutions, and healthcare professionals across European countries.
* Experience working in a multi-national and cross-functional environment, preferably within Europe.
* In-depth knowledge of European healthcare systems and regulatory environments in neuroscience and oncology.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
