Our training department is pivotal in delivering top-notch learning experiences, and we need someone who shares our dedication to maintaining the high standards to assist our busy department with course enquiries, applications, accommodation bookings, travel, training records, and creating and issuing training certificates. This position carries significant responsibility and requires both diligence and attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of training administration is to the exacting standards.
You Will:
Service Delivery
1. Provide support to the Department by providing a highly professional administrative capability and to maintain an industry leading standard across all training deliverables.
2. Work autonomously on ensuring that current processes are adhered to the highest standard and that Redline continues to develop a reputation for excellence, quality, value for money, and continual improvement.
3. Focus on developing training administrative competencies.
4. Respond accordingly to all course enquiries and applications, update course loading and maintenance of the reservation’s matrix.
5. Maintain a clear folder structure with the training administration area in SharePoint.
6. Make travel and accommodation bookings for the training team where required.
7. Process all pre & post course paperwork, i.e., training attendance, training records, QA, exams, and assessments.
8. Liaise with clients regarding course dates, attendance, delegate results etc.
9. Maintain accurate data and information, tracking prospective leads and opportunities on GV8.
10. Ensure all training T&S costs are pre-approved and are in line with client and budget requirements.
11. Classroom bookings, including projectors when required.
12. Vehicle allocation bookings for the trainers when required.
13. Delegate registration / lunches and transport bookings.
14. Overseas/ICAO/ADHOC pre course paperwork.
15. Overseas/ICAO/ADHOC administration, accommodation and travel bookings.
16. Ensure all records are up to date and provide reports when requested. These include but not limited to:
17. CV evidence folder maintenance.
18. Staff training matrix.
19. Issuing of certificates.
20. Filing and archiving in accordance with GDPR.

About You:
1. A qualification in Business Admin Level 2 is desirable.
2. Excellent IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Exceptional attention to detail.
5. Ability to multi-task effectively.
6. Ability to manage business correspondence, i.e., filing, sorting and general organisational skills are essential.
7. Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to organise their own professional priorities, with the flexibility to adapt as required.
8. A clear, calm, confident spoken and written communicator.
9. A desire to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
