Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator, with a strong background in Document Control, for a temporary 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in rebranding efforts, including revising logos and updating multiple PDF documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for uploading a large volume of documents to the company’s online document management system. This role is well-suited for someone who has experience in administrative tasks and document management.
Key Responsibilities:
Rebrand and revise logos, formatting, and updating documents.
Upload and organize hundreds of documents onto the company’s document management system.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Work closely with the Head of Technical Compliance to ensure document accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administration or document control role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PDF management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
