The main purpose of the role As our Admissions & Transition Administrator you will work collaboratively, professionally and effectively within all areas of the organisation as appropriate. You will work directly with the Admissions & Transition team to complete all aspects of its administration. You will be expected to work efficiently and to a professional standard at all times. Key duties Supporting the Admissions process by processing referrals, parental enquiries and applications. Liaise with parents and staff team to facilitate initial contact, tours and giving general information about the college. Keep accurate records relating to admissions and transition. Liaise with the business development team as required. Support the Admissions and Transitions team to identify and attend transition events. Support the Admission and Transition team with transition-in activities and on Enrolment day. To support processes for transitioning young people in to the college. To deliver training regarding appropriate and pertinent information for all incoming Students. To support with the administration for Aurora Foxes Holiday Breaks. To support the Transition Officer with all aspects of the Transition out of Aurora Foxes, in to employment and/or supported living. Attending transition events held by schools and colleges nationally. Computer literacy essential, particularly in Microsoft Office. Accurate minute taking abilities. Organised and good time management. Ability to manage workload effectively and multi-task. High level if interpersonal ability with excellent written and verbal communication. A range of communication skills are required. To have excellent spelling and grammar. Driving licence with willingness to drive company vehicles Desirable A good understanding of a MI system is desirable Demonstrable experience of working in administrative role ideally within an educational environment What’s on offer?
