Sony Semiconductor Solutions Europe is part of Sony Europe and it is dedicated to Semiconductor products and services for the Industrial, Security and Automotive markets. We are currently seeking an Application Support Specialist with SAP S/4HANA knowledge and advanced Excel skills to join our dynamic team.
You will play a key role in our current project migration from SAP R3 to SAP S/4HANA which is set to go live soon and will support the team with the configuration, data migration, User Acceptance Test (UAT), user training and user manual.
You will use your knowledge in Excel / Power BI to run reports in view to reconsolidated data from various systems and versioning.
As an Application Support Specialist, you will get involved in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and offering guidance to end-users to optimise their experience with our applications. The IT SAP S/4Hana Application Support will team up and collaborate with various groups to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
You will:
1. Assist project team with SAP S/4HANA testing and documentation.
2. Supervise and respond to support tickets promptly, ensuring detailed documentation of issues and solutions.
3. Provide first-line support for SAP S/4HANA issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems.
4. Conduct user training sessions and develop support documentation for AIS user proficiency and self-sufficiency.
5. Collaborate with the Application Support team and IT experts to implement system enhancements and optimise business processes.
6. Perform regular system maintenance and data integrity checks to ensure optimal performance of the SAP S/4HANA system.
You will bring:
7. Proven experience in working with SAP S/4HANA support or development.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including sophisticated functions such as XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros…
9. Knowledge of O365 tools like Power BI, Team, OneNote, and SharePoint.
10. Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
11. Learning approach
12. Customer focus with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
13. Ability to handle multiple support requests simultaneously and prioritise tasks efficiently.
14. Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools is appreciated.
15. SAP certification(s) and/or Power BI certification(s) are a plus but not necessary
