We are looking for an experienced Head of National Sales to lead and promote commercial growth in the UK. As a vital member of our client’s senior commercial sales team, you will manage a national team of 15-20 sales executives, overseeing a revenue budget of approximately £40 million. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving profitable growth, developing strong customer partnerships, and establishing ambitious sales targets. As the Head of Sales You Will Receive: A competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum. What You’ll do as Head of Sales: Lead and develop the Nationals sales team effectively, focusing on proactive engagement. Cultivate relationships with existing customers while also pursuing new business accounts in the national facilities management, healthcare, education, and hospitality sectors. Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Retention teams to maximize customer retention and drive growth. Oversee the establishment and management of a strong sales pipeline, secure new business contracts, and improve contract retention rates. Ensure compliance with commercial processes, utilise the CRM system (Salesforce), and monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement. To Succeed as the Head of Sales You Will Require: 10 years of leadership experience with strong engagement and team-building skills. Demonstrable success in national-level sales growth and customer account management Proficient in negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and a disciplined approach to sales performance.
