The role:
Possible start date: ASAP
Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm – with 30-minute lunch break
Total working hours: 37.5
What you will do in your working day:
Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities:
7. Report to the Management Accountant.
8. You will develop accountancy skills in double-entry bookkeeping and basic costing, as well as an understanding of purchase, sales and general ledgers
9. Learn to use accounting software and to develop the professional skills and behaviours needed to contribute effectively in the workplace
10. Bookkeeping transactions
11. Bookkeeping controls
12. Elements of costing
13. Using accounting software
14. Developing skills within house training and college support within the areas of bespoke tax planning, asset protection, tax investigation resolution and specialist accountan
Standards of Performance:
15. Ensure tidy work environment is maintained

17. Organise workload to meet deadlines
18. Meet the training deadlines of the apprenticeship training
The training you will receive:
19. Level 3 AAT qualification
20. All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes
21. Functional skills in English & maths if required
