This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including industrial, retail, commercial, distillery, and more.
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this refurbishment, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your key duties will include:
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality control
- Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
- Liaising with clients, architects, and key stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving project challenges efficiently.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Demonstrable experience managing new-build and refurbishment projects for a main contractor.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on and proactive approach to project delivery.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
