Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Creatio Expert to join our team in London (with hybrid working available and could base the role at our Basildon office alternatively). In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions using the Creatio CRM & BPM platform. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll build, optimise, and maintain business process automation solutions that align with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Creatio CRM and BPM solutions. This includes designing and deploying workflows, creating custom dashboards, and building integrations with other enterprise systems.
* Solution Design: Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within the Creatio platform.
* Customisation: Customise Creatio applications to meet specific business requirements by developing modules, workflows, and integrations. This includes using Creatio’s low-code tools and advanced scripting features.
* Optimisation: Monitor the performance of Creatio applications and implement necessary improvements to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
* Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to end users, resolve technical issues, and offer training to ensure maximum utilisation of the platform.
* Integration: Support the work on integrating Creatio with third-party tools, databases, and services as required for seamless data flow across systems.
* Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical documentation, and system specifications to ensure proper understanding and future reference.
* Training & Mentorship: Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and clients on best practices, new features, and workflows within Creatio.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in a technical role working with Creatio or similar CRM platforms (e.g., Developer, Consultant, Administrator).
* Strong understanding of CRM, BPM, and workflow automation.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and end users effectively.
