The Role
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a portfolio of SME/Commercial clients, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional service. You will handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and queries while working closely with Account Executives to ensure clients receive tailored insurance solutions.

Requirements
* Previous experience in the insurance industry, ideally in commercial lines.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Confidence in handling policy renewals, amendments, and general client queries.
* A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
* An understanding of general commercial insurance products (Property, Liability, Motor, etc.) is preferred.
