Responsibilities:
1. Supervision of site investigations
2. Logging of soil and rock in accordance with BS5930:2020
3. Managing site investigation works, dealing with suppliers and preparation of health and safety documentation
4. Factual reporting and data processing
5. Oversee department equipment - allocation, hire, servicing and repairs
6. Travel and attend meetings as required
7. Client liaison
Experience:
8. Experience in the supervision and management of ground investigation contracts
9. Experience in compliance with CDM regulations and production of H&S
10. Documentation
11. Depending on qualifications already held the post holder will be expected to attend and pass internal and industry recognised external training courses
12. Maintenance of ground investigation equipment
13. Full valid UK driving license
