The Company:
Our client is an established supplier of ladieswear to the high street seeking a confident Office Manager/Accounts Assistant to join the team. You will have thorough administrative and office assistant experience and be an organised individual with a hands-on approach.
The Role:
1. Working alongside the MD and Senior Staff members.
2. Processing Payroll.
3. Effectively managing the smooth running of the office.
4. Working strategically within the business to influence processes, procedures, and business planning.
5. Day-to-day operations and administration on all HR issues in a generalist HR function.
6. Liaising to support the day-to-day admissions.
7. Diary management and responding to emails.
8. Assisting with training events and briefings.
9. Dealing with highly private and confidential information for MD/senior staff.
10. Receiving post and parcel deliveries.
Skills Required:
1. Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changes and tackle challenges efficiently and effectively.
2. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.
5. Experience within a similar role is essential.
