We are looking for a skilled Senior Agile Delivery Manager with experience of leading, supporting and coordinating teams to deliver software in agile environments. You'll be part of our Fraud Error and Debt team working with data to deliver products using the latest tools, technology and approaches. Our work is all about protecting our welfare system and ensuring that public money supports the most vulnerable people in our society. We use data to reduce fraud, error and debt, drive efficiency, and radically transform how the welfare system and those that use it are protected. You'll work closely with your teams, helping them to become the best performing teams they can be. You'll use your agile skills and knowledge and your experience of the nitty gritty of delivery to coach teams and stakeholders in agile and the benefits it brings to delivery of value. Delivering with People. Our Agile Delivery Managers enable high-performing digital teams to create, build, innovate and deliver. We create psychologically safe spaces where digital experts can be at their best. It's a complex landscape and you'll need your skills as a persuasive and engaging communicator, and your experience of delivering and solving cross-cutting problems to get the job done. You'll make sure they have what they need to deliver the best services. You'll identify blockers, and find the best way round through, and over. You will empower and enable experts in software engineering, process design, user research and user experience design, as well as policy development. Developing a World-Class Practice.
