We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and hands-on F&B Duty Managerto join our dedicated team at a charming, independent 4-star hotel in Evesham. Youll work closely with the F&B Manager, helping to lead the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and events ensuring our guests enjoy top-tier service whether theyre dining in, attending a wedding, or hosting a business conference.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting Daily Operations: Assist in managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Leading the Team: Take charge in leading the front-of-house team, supporting and motivating them to deliver outstanding service.
* Hands-On Approach: Be actively involved in serving guests, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring everything is up to scratch.
* Focusing on the Details: Pay attention to the small details that elevate the guest experience from ensuring tables are set perfectly to offering personal touches during events.
* Team Development: Help develop and guide the team around you, contributing to a collaborative and positive working environment.
* Guest Engagement: Handle guest concerns or feedback professionally and with care, always aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.

* Relevant Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage operations, whether in restaurants, bars, weddings, or corporate events.
