Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 students
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practises and resources
* Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Key Stage 1 curriculum
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
* Proficient in using educational technology
* Effective classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in special education or EAL
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
The role involves working during school hours, with additional time required for lesson planning and assessment. The teacher will be based in a classroom setting, interacting with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
