This company has developed a WhatsApp tech platform for the healthcare industry with built-in AI, machine learning and super clever systems integration. The term ‘game changer’ is overused, but appropriate for this company. Why is this tech important, it enables doctors and healthcare professionals to make better decisions and this saves lives. Given what they’ve achieved in recent times, they are growing steadily and now require two Product Support Engineers for a role that involves solving complex technical problems, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The sort of experience are we looking for? 12 - 24 months experience of working in a Product, Application or Tech support role Understanding of data flow, management, integration, migration, reporting, Experience with SQL essential Understanding of JSON and API/REST endpoints - advantageous Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve data issues Monitor customer systems and integrations/data problems Capability to efficiently escalate problems to engineering teams Willingness to contribute to product/service delivery and continuous improvement Build out a library of Standard Operating Processes and Documentation The team is full of experienced and capable colleagues that will support you, sharing insights, hacks and information that will enable you to become a subject matter expert, in all aspects of the products, infrastructure and data platforms, including more complex parts of the system integration/implementation as new customers, come on board. This means you’ll build a brand new skill set and gain experience that will stand you in good stead in the future. Please Note: The company provides round-the-clock tech support. As such there will be times when you’ll need to be on call, out of normal working hours. This rota is split among the team, and an additional payment will be made at these times.
