The Role:
The Marketing Administrator reports to the Marketing Manager and is pivotal in ensuring the support and delivery of marketing activities across all Consulting domains, running day to day marketing tasks, weekly and monthly processes, and contributing to the effective delivery and execution of the marketing plan.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor competitors’ social media campaigns, observe marketing trends, and feed into and improve current strategies to counter the competition.
* Maintain website and content using CMS, WordPress.
* Monitor trade press and update our internal press coverage tracker.
* Record downloads and event registrations via the website, updating records on our CRM accordingly.
* Manage CRM lists, attendance, and automate processes using CRM and other marketing systems as required
* Schedule social media posts using our planning tool, Loomly.
* Track and record marketing spend against agreed budgets.
* Maintain status updates on workflows and track progress using our spreadsheet platform, Airtable.
* Creation of social media and promotional designs using our graphic design platform, Canva
* Support with preparation of newsletters and direct email campaigns.
* Support with registering attendance for industry association events
* Maintain and update monthly reporting including marketing MI dashboard, press coverage, website performance and social media.
* Support the marketing team with the altus events calendar, including attendance at events as required.
* Support the operations team with coordination of internal and corporate hospitality events where required.
* Support with scheduling Consultants attendance at regular meetings with associations and memberships.
Requirements:
* Experience of using CMS system, WordPress desirable but not essential.
* Experience of using CRM system, HubSpot desirable but not essential.
* Proactive and organised, including the ability to prioritise a number of projects at any one time.
* Attention to detail and focused on accuracy.
* Solid written and verbal communications skills.
* Curious, motivated with an interest in marketing.
* A willingness to travel to different Altus offices and undertake varying roles at internal and external events
