Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Temp - Ongoing)Location: EpsomSalary: £12.50phHours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00Key Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and client enquiries.- Maintain and update customer records and databases.- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.- Prepare reports and sales documentation.- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, including invoicing and stock checks.- Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups.Requirements:- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.- A proactive and adaptable attitude.
