Job Introduction As a Packing Team Member at Charlie Bigham's, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our delicious meals are packed with care and precision. Working hours Monday-Thursday 7am - 5pm / 7.30am - 5.30pm Role Responsibility As a Packing Team Member, You Will Be Using the speciality equipment to help identify and remove dishes that don’t meet the Bigham standards Carefully measuring and adding toppings to finish off our dishes and make them extraordinary. Re-filling our packing machines with new carboard sleeves or boxes Accurately stacking boxed dishes onto pallets and moving any filled pallets into logistics Maintaining high hygiene levels and keeping a tidy workspace Maintaining food preparation records and logs Carrying out effective and accurate shift handovers Flagging any issues with the equipment within your area Work as part of a fast paced team towards the completion of the daily plan The Ideal Candidate What You’ll Need At Bigham’s we pride ourselves in doing things the right way and showing real care and attention.
