You will be working with this fantastic worldwide solutionspany based in South Lanarkshire. The organisation is a world leader within their market and have a proven track record of developing and supporting their staff members. They are currently looking to recruit a Finance Team Supervisor on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract, with a view of going permanent, who will support the Finance Assistants and the wider Finance team.
Your new role
Within this varied role you will be responsible for; Supervise Sales and Purchase ledgers, assist with monthly management accounts, general bookkeeping, conduct management reporting and analysis, bank reconciliations and month/year-end reconciliations, maintaining and developing the accounting system (Sage 50) and the associated procedures in order to improve efficiency, VAT Returns, supervise the Accounts Payable team and general associated Finance administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced finance professional and will have previous experience working in a finance role within aplex organisation with experience of managing/supervising junior members of a finance function. In addition to this, you will have previous experience of using Sage 50 and consider yourself a proficient user. You will also be an effectivemunicator at all levels and have stakeholder management experience.
