Job Title: Installations Coordinator
We are a leading business in Surrey, specialising in delivering impactful brand activations and custom display installations. We are seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to support our project management efforts.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team. As an Installations Coordinator, you will work closely with our Senior Installations Manager to plan, organise, and manage display installations, ensuring each project is executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Timelines: Organise installation timelines to meet project deadlines.
* Quality Assurance: Assist in overseeing installations to ensure they meet our standards and satisfy client expectations.
* Budget Tracking: Support cost management for projects, ensuring accurate budget tracking.
* Site Arrangements: Liaise with venues to handle logistics and secure necessary permissions.
* Briefing and Guidance: Prepare and distribute clear installation guides to teams, ensuring seamless communication.
* Subcontractors: Track subcontractor work, ensuring adherence to standards and quality control.
* Daily Coordination: Assist with managing day-to-day installation needs, prioritising tasks and allocating resources effectively.
* Team Coordination: Help recruit skilled installers across EMEA and coordinate their schedules, ensuring smooth project execution.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
* Logistical Support: Arrange travel and accommodations as necessary for on-site installation teams, ensuring efficient project delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience with installations and project coordination
* Proven track record of successful project management and logistics
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate at the client level
* Ability to travel when required
* Fantastic organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
