Residential Support Workers - Children
Pay up to £32,533.16 - £34,127.16 (inclusive of sleep-ins – average of 7 per month)
Job type: Full-time – on site
Shift and schedule: Shift work including some weekends.

What will you be doing?
As a Residential Support Worker you will be promoting Carbrey’s vision and values as you support the registered manager and the wider team in providing excellent care. Each day, you will help create a place where children can thrive; one that’s warm, welcoming, safe and calm. Here you will help the children make sense of their past, current, and future circumstances and provide every opportunity for children to achieve their outcomes.
What will you bring?
1. Experienced working with children who have suffered trauma and passionate about improving their lives
2. Able to develop positive relationships with children, young people, their families and the professionals around them
3. Energetic, resilient, patient, confident and proactive in their approach
4. A team player
5. Able to maintain accurate records using their excellent IT skills
6. Level 3 Diploma in Residential childcare (or equivalent) – if you don’t have this, we will support you to achieve this.
You will also need to have a full UK Driving Licence for manual cars.
Whilst previous experience is desirable, we welcome people who are looking for a career change but can demonstrate the right values and aptitudes.
