Key Responsibilities:
1. Write clear, focused and logical negotiated proposal material (and any other business development documentation) maintaining consistency of style, brand and tone.
2. Produce and compile bespoke high-quality PQQ and tender submissions that meet customers' needs and aspirations.
3. Coordinate and liaise with internal business development managers and operational teams to develop and write bespoke, high-quality PQQ and ITT submissions which demonstrate a clear understanding of client questions.
4. Translate technical information into a written proposal that is clear and can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Robustly review responses against the scoring matrix and criteria provided.
6. Support the business development team in the preparation of marketing literature and negotiated proposal submissions.
7. Ad hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Bid writing experience in energy efficiency, engineering or construction sectors.
2. Strong creative writing skills.
3. Advanced MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills.
4. Accurate, assertive, and articulate with excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
1. Knowledge of energy/environmental/construction sector(s).
2. Working knowledge of electronic tender platforms.
3. Knowledge of In-Design and Illustrator & Desktop publishing skills.
4. Knowledge of the social housing sector.

1. Fully negotiable salary in the region of £34,000 to £38,000.
