Main duties of the job To be responsible for monitoring directorate performance against annual business plans and to advise the Senior Pharmacy Management team accordingly, producing reports and developing business plans accordingly. To be responsible for the development of business cases. To lead on the development and implementation of activity monitoring processes, horizon scanning and impact analysis by working with senior pharmacy staff and care groups representatives. Explore and develop strategic partnership opportunities within the ICS and wider region. To be responsible for ensuring income recovery, reporting to the SPM and directorate finance team. Assist in the development and delivery of the capital development program, developing business cases and overseeing project delivery.
