The Role: Taking inbound sales calls. Making outbound calls to customers to follow up website enquiries and qualified leads. (no cold calling). Booking high quality appointment for the national team of surveyors/Sales Advisors. Ensuring all enquiries and customer details are logged on our bespoke database system. Booking survey appointments on the system. Solid admin and IT skills The Person: Professional and customer focused. A proven track record in customer care. At least 1 years previous sales experience. Positive and Proactive attitude. Goal orientated/Target driven. Self-motived and confident. Other: Product training is given Monthly bonus on conversions
