Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing and Events Manager. This is a senior hands-on role within an exciting and innovative business with scope for the successful candidate to help shape the development of the brand and business and drive change within the business. The successful candidate must have previous experience within marketing teams, events, advertising, and promotional work.
Working with the Senior Team and Board to develop, implement and execute the brand strategy. Developing and implementing digital marketing strategy including SEO, managing social media, email marketing campaigns, PR, content creation, blog writing.
Updating the look and feel of the website and on-line shop and content creation for a new subscription service to launch in the coming months. Working with our design agency on all design related matters including packaging design, merchandise, and associated marketing materials.
Developing marketing collateral to support the sales team. Management of various events held throughout the year. Measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities.
Proven marketing, and in particular digital marketing, capability, A commercial mindset.
Strong analytical skills to deliver actionable insight about market and competitive trends and brand and business performance, High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability and willingness to work flexibly and travel within the UK as the role and business requires.
