Senior Account Manager
Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a national FM and building services provider in Worcester.
You will play a vital part in covering various services such as M&E, building fabric, projects together with P&L responsibility for the contract, life cycle, continuous improvement and increasing the revenue.
This is a full time permanent role, paying up to £70,000 per annum in addition to a comprehensive benefits package and car allowance.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager:
1. Ensure high quality service delivery across the range of services
2. Ensure financial performance is achieved on the contract to meet agreed targets for turnover, profit and cash collection
3. Ensure a sound commercial understanding of the contractual deliverables across the contract and provide leadership to the site team
4. Work with the senior management team and Client.
5. Promoting/fostering a culture of continuous improvement whereby improvements to service delivery and commercial value are identified and implemented
6. Ensure effective working relationships with internal and external customers to maximise operational excellence and growth opportunity
7. Ensure development of direct reports, and wider team, using regular reviews and training
8. Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe environment for all employees, the client and patients
Essential experience the Senior Account Manager would need:
1. Possesses extensive operational management experience
2. Commercial experience
3. Technical bias
4. Has previously held P&L responsibility
5. Possesses proven people management experience
6. Is numerate and analytical and financially aware
7. Demonstrates a strong concern for order and quality
8. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the basic principles of M&E systems
