Robert Half are assisting a market leading financial services organisation to recruit an Project Manager on an initial 3-6 month contract basis Role Project Planning and Execution: The Project Manager will develop detailed project plans, define project scope and objectives, and coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-parties to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and track project performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency. Profile The Project Manager will have 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the SaaS (FinTech/RegTech) and the Financial Services industries, ideally in the wealth and/or asset management sectors Experience and certifications in recognised methodologies such as PRINCE 2 & Agile Experience with complex platform and data migration projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Teamwork, MS Project, Airfocus) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Miro, Figma and Teams). Familiarity with financial sector regulatory compliance is a plus. Experience managing regulatory change within a business e.g. implementing SMCR or MiFID.
