Office Manager Annual Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Location: Norwich City Centre Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clients office in Norwich city centre. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of office efficiency and employee satisfaction. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and manage correspondence including answering phones, sending emails, and sorting mail. Coordinate space planning and office moves, as well as manage office upkeep and maintenance. Manage office budget and expenses. Organise office events, meetings, and employee team building activities, leveraging your experience in events management to enhance these functions. Implement office policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed by staff. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations and onboarding sessions. Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Manager. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
