You will be part of a team of Professional Services Project Managers to deliver change to our customers, underpinned by your commitment to quality and value. You will work closely with stakeholders within our customer organisations as well as internal colleagues including Presales Architects, Account Managers and Operations resources. Project Delivery : Manage and deliver a range of medium to large projects within the ITO Professional Services portfolio, including infrastructure and application migrations to Microsoft Azure, cloud landing zone and services implementation and Microsoft Modern Workplace transformation, adhering to the Advanced Project Management Methodology. Customer Satisfaction : Ensure exceptional customer experiences, addressing feedback and fostering long-term client relationships. Project Initiation : Define project scope, deliverables, risks, impacts, and costs, ensuring clarity and alignment with customer requirements. Planning : Develop detailed project plans, estimating the necessary effort and elapsed time to meet deliverables while ensuring projects are delivered within agreed costs and timescales. Project Control : Maintain oversight of projects, providing regular updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders, and implementing controls to ensure alignment with project objectives. Team Leadership : Foster an environment of collaboration and excellence within project teams to ensure successful outcomes. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Technical Oversight : Collaborate with technical leads and architects to address and resolve technical issues, leveraging your technical understanding to guide project decisions. Financial Accountability : Manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and alignment with contractual terms, and work closely with the Project Office to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Governance : Ensure compliance with Professional Services project governance and delivery processes throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. Help to deliver effective utilisation across the ITO Professional Services Project Delivery team. Ensure that Professional Services project governance and delivery processes are complied with throughout the project delivery by all members of the project teams Proven experience delivering complex projects, including: Certifications: A base level of Azure cloud certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) is required, with higher-level certifications preferred. Project Management Expertise: Proficient in recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP). Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365 environments, and data migration tools and strategies. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels and set realistic expectations with customers. Leadership: A proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional project teams. Organization and Analytical Skills: Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities to manage multiple projects and meet KPIs (e.g., utilization, backlog, and revenue targets). Experience working within a managed services environment is highly desirable. Ability to travel as required to meet project demands.
