The Business Development Representative will be focusing on expanding their customer base and fuelling revenue growth. This role involves proactive outbound calling to identify new business opportunities.
Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
1. Conducting thorough research to identify potential customers across a variety of industries.
2. Building and managing a targeted pipeline list.
3. Making outbound calls to introduce the company's products and services to prospective clients.
4. Qualifying leads by asking strategic questions to understand their telecoms requirements.
5. Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly targets for calls and meetings booked.
6. Establishing positive relationships with prospects to ensure a great customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Previous experience in outbound calling is desirable but not essential.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated, collaborative, and highly organised with strong time management skills.
