Lisburn,LissueIndustrial Estate Role type:??????????????????Full Time ?Overview: This colleague will provide accounts administration supportfor our distribution centre in Lisburn. Working closely with the sales andwarehouse teamsand the Operations Manager to ensure customer accounts aremaintainedand providepro-active responsive professional customer service support both internally across departments and for our customers. Key Duties Daily maintenance of customer price and product files. Supporting the AR team to resolve process issues. Collaborating with the Commercial, team to ensure accuracy in data entry for customer promotions, price and product listings and daily product listings. Creating new customer accounts in line with business terms and conditions Ensuring all AR month end process have been actioned in line with cut-off. Generating month end reports and customer statements Collaborating with the IT team to solve any issues that occur.? Providing support to the Field Sales Team Liaising with our third-party logistics company Basic Requirements: The successful candidate will be a skilled administrator with a strong problem- solving attitude. Possess good interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-based style. Possess the ability to learn rapidly and grow within the role. Understanding of how IT fits with Finance to improve efficiencies. Proficient in excel and other officeapplications. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years experience. Skills/Abilities: Analytical competency with the ability to organise with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure, Solid degree of understanding in using IFS, Microsoft Excel,Wordand PowerPoint Ability to collaborate with other business functions to support AR team goals andobjectives. Strong ability to work with integrity, discretion, and a respect for confidentiality. Proven presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
