Join our Project Aspire+ team at Refresco as our Training Coordinator for an 18-month FTC. You will work closely with the Training Advisor, Organisational Change Manager, Business Analyst, and the wider Programme team to ensure the successful delivery of agreed training strategies, plans, and solutions that maximize employee adoption and usage of the ERP application landscape (SAP S /4 HANA), and standard business processes.

What you’ll be doing as a Training Coordinator
The Training Coordinator supports 'train the trainers' in delivering training and administers the Training Advisor’s plan. They schedule and track training objectives, ensuring adherence to the plan and managing updates. They work closely with the Training Advisor and trainers to meet Aspire+ requirements and handle conflict management. The Coordinator collaborates with Programme teams, business users, and IT to address training concerns throughout project implementation. Travel for meetings and deployments is expected.
As part of the Aspire+ Programme Team, they manage stakeholder concerns, focus on programme benefits and timelines, uphold Company quality standards, and promote continuous improvement and Company values.
Key responsibilities of the Training Coordinator
* Develop and administer training needs analysis, scheduling, tracking, and reporting, in collaboration with the Training Advisor and SMEs.
* Support content development and training delivery through a train-the-trainer approach, gathering feedback for improvements.
* Manage in-person, CBT, and remote training options, ensuring engagement and tracking progress against targets.
* Deploy training effectiveness assessments at key stages and act as a change agent for people-side change.
* Identify training gaps with the Training Advisor and managers, schedule necessary training, and manage risks in the training plan.
* Maintain and update training documentation, ensuring quality assurance and strong stakeholder communication.
About you
The successful candidate should have practical experience in planning, managing, and developing training programs for a business transformation initiative, ideally with SAP. They should also have a good understanding of training standards, best practices, and analysis.
