In this role you will be responsible for looking after completed projects, carrying out service visits & health system checks and leading on upgrades for our clients. When not on service calls, you will be assisting our projects team by managing incoming and outgoing stock from the Workshop and building, commissioning, and testing system racks and control panels for lighting control and other systems.
This position requires advanced knowledge in all areas of AV, IT, Automation, CCTV, Crestron Home / Control4 Programming, Lutron Homeworks Programming and includes fault finding and use of creative solutions.
* Job Location: Equippd Workshop (KT8 0DU) and Project locations across Central London and the Home Counties
* Times: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break
* Job Type: Full-time, with 6 month probationary period
* Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Package Below, based on experience
* Offer subject to successful referencing

Key Responsibilities:
* Head out Equippd’s support offering and transition of Equippd+ customer based to ‘Remote’ support packages
* Carry out service visits and preventive health checks visits both in client’s houses and remotely
* Manage stock movements for incoming and outgoing deliveries at the Workshop
* Build, commission, and test system racks and control panels for lighting, HVAC, and other systems
* Liaise with other company departments for smooth project delivery
* Work with on-site engineering team when required
