We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team in our fantastic friendly Brighton based mortgage brokerage. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing top-notch service and be highly organised and dedicated in helping clients. As a mortgage Administrator with M.E.C Mortgages you'll play a pivotal role in assisting clients and mortgage advisors through the mortgage and protection process, handling all administrative tasks, compliance, accounts, chasing and documentation within the brokerage. The mortgage admin really is the heart of our business This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a friendly, dynamic team in a busy office where you will receive full support, guidance and training with potential career progression if wanted. This is an employed role, working 32 hours per week with a hybrid working from home and in our office in Brighton. Experience isn’t necessary as a mortgage administration, but financial services background is ideal. What are the key responsibilities of a mortgage administrator: Proactively supporting clients and the mortgage advisor every step of the way through their mortgage/homebuying journey Handle all accounts and invoices Supporting advisors with protection applications Liaising with estate agents, solictors, lenders and clients to ensure a smooth process from start to finish Management of administrative task for the companies compliance The ideal candidate should be: Very organised to priorities workload Have an eye for detail- reviewing data and ensuring information is accurate and uptodate Be customer service focused and driven to support our clients throughout their mortgage journey Be driven and motivated to manage their own workload and meet deadlines Have strong communication skills and a team orientated attitude The package we are offering: 32 hours per week Hybrid working Salary from £20,500-£23,500 dependent on experience Holiday pay performance based bonus potential Company pension Other benefits such as free wills, mortgage advice and more Future progression supported Must be comfortable around our office dog Burrito fun trips and wellness days If you think this job may be for you and you want to join a growing, thriving mortgage business which puts clients and our team at the heart of everything we do, please get in contact and apply now.
