Technical Claims Advisor - Harlow, Essex
Our client is a market-leading company providing award-winning automotive warranty and insurance products. As a Technical Claims Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference by utilizing your automotive mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to assist customers in processing warranty claims.
Details & Benefits:
* Week Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
* 1 in 3 Saturdays worked 9.00am to 1.00pm
* Basic Salary up to £30,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
* 20 days annual leave increasing with length of service (plus Bank Holidays)

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Guide customers through the relevant warranty claims process
* Work with both internal and external customers to resolve issues
* Balance diplomacy with assertiveness and negotiate at all levels
* Resolve claims across various platforms: telephone, email, and online
* Understand various customers’ requirements and ensure they are dealt with positively and professionally
* Maintain company service levels
* Provide professional and friendly service
