The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Has a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Demonstrates a genuine passion for children's well-being and safeguarding
Brings enthusiasm, warmth, energy, and a good sense of humour
Possesses excellent behaviour management, organisational, and communication skills
