Are you looking to make a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and vulnerable adults?
As the In-Patient Liaison Lead, you will play a crucial role across Buckinghamshire, managing cases of young people with the most complex needs and ensuring they receive the multi-agency support they require. You will also oversee out-of-area inpatients, providing vital oversight and care.
This role is part of the crisis team within OSCA (Outreach Service for Children and Adolescents), a specialised component of our integrated service model within the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). You will collaborate with various specialised teams from across the Trust.
If you are looking for a role where you can provide expert clinical care, leadership, and support across multiple teams, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Join us and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making a positive impact on the community!
1. Provide expert clinical care, including skilled assessment, treatment, and consultation within CAMHS, and manage a caseload of crisis patients.
2. Develop and review risk management plans, offering specialist advice and support to other professionals and contributing to young people's assessment and treatment.
3. Support and inspire colleagues, set and improve standards, and provide expert advice and guidance across the organisation and beyond.
4. Contribute to the education, training, and development of clinical staff and partner agencies, helping to integrate theory and practice.
5. Work at the forefront of practice innovation, generating and evaluating practice protocols, and participating in national professional networks.
