Strategic People Business Partner
OE is partnering with a FTSE50 organisation on an exciting series of hires. They are currently looking for two Senior Business Partners to join their team. Each will partner an ExCo member and their leadership cohort, translating business strategy into people initiatives, driving change and improving performance through organisational effectiveness, strategic workforce planning and capability & talent programmes. They will also be responsible for facilitating the delivery of the core people cycle, creating an inclusive environment and building skilled, resilient, teams.
Accountabilities:
* Develop comprehensive people plans that align with functional goals and objectives.
* Lead strategic people initiatives from performance to talent management, ensuring the organisation remains ahead of the curve.
* Develop talent pools and succession plans that unlock potential and career progression for Directors and future Leaders.
Design forward-thinking workforce plans that anticipate and navigate future challenges
* Champion a dynamic, high-performance workplace culture
* Elevate employee experience through innovative well-being and engagement strategies
* Implement tailored diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions, ensuring leadership alignment on key people matters.
* Leverage advanced people analytics to drive data-informed decision-making
Desired Skills and Experience
Key experience required is MCIPD or equivalent and time spent in a strategic HRBP role partnering Exco level stakeholders within a large, complex, matrix environment.
Core skills that will set you up for success include consulting & partnering, informal (or formal) coaching at a leadership level, influencing, strong communication and advocacy.
These roles are hybrid with 3 days per week on site.
Base salary dependent on experience, with a strong bonus and overall package offering vs market average.
