Group Director of IT

Together we are seeking a dynamic IT Manager to join the team and oversee the IT operations across sites in the UK and Europe to align and implement best practices.
What can you expect to get up to?
You will be tasked with the overall responsibility and control of the group's digital estate. You will be vital in leading the implementation of new systems such as modernising the current ERP offering being used. Working in collaboration with key stakeholders in the organisation and leading a team of IT professionals you will be defining first-hand the group's IT strategy.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a IT leadership role.
Experience working with tech vendors, senior management, and teams from all over the world!
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and information security protocols.
Excellent project management experience - leading high level business focused projects.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams and regions.
A commercially aware individual with strong budget management and strategic planning capabilities.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
A passionate, approachable, and team focused leader.
Fluent/conversational in German is highly advantageous
