The Retail Systems Support Analyst is responsible for the effective administration and operation of the Retail systems within Greene King's retail estate. This includes ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, supporting menu changes, promotions, and price changes, and facilitating ongoing data changes with no impact on pub teams or customers.
The Retail Systems Support Analyst role reports into the Retail Systems Manager.

Job Description
In your role as Retail Support Systems Analyst, you will…
1. Deliver a successful transition of data onto tills and other retail systems, supporting the business in menu changes, promotions and price changes.
2. Manage and prioritise workload ensuring 100% success rate on meeting deadlines.
3. Establish good relationships with key stakeholders, especially Food and Marketing Teams, to ensure that the Retail Systems team supports the delivery of key business initiatives within required timescales.
4. Support the delivery of acquisitions and new IT initiatives and integrations to the business through the delivery and build of data.
5. Resolve issues and service calls raised to business SLA thereby ensuring minimum impact to Customer.
6. Act as a BA to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
7. Some travel may be required to meet key stakeholders and visit pubs.
8. Some evening and weekend work may be required to support the business.
What you'll bring…
1. Attention to detail and following quality assurance procedures to ensure “right first time” delivery to the Retail System solutions.
2. Experience in a similar role or proven experience in the pub, restaurant, hotel or other hospitality role would be advantageous.
3. Good knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
