Timberpak, a recycling and reprocessing brand with 25 years of experience, sources waste wood for the EGGER UK chipboard production sites. As the largest user of recycled timber in the UK wood panel industry, EGGER continuously requires waste wood at its Timberpak sites in Yorkshire, North East, Scotland, and South East.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team based in Leeds. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability, relationship building, and business growth within the waste wood sector.

Your Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through face-to-face visits and calls, converting leads into customer accounts.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, focusing on high-value waste wood suppliers.
* Build trust and foster long-term partnerships to support customer retention and business expansion.
* Offer technical guidance, including on-site visits and structured training for customer staff.
What We’re Looking For:
* Organized, determined, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Based in Leeds, with willingness to travel to Timberpak Washington as needed.
* Willingness to learn about the Waste Hierarchy and European Waste Catalogue Wood Classification codes.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office suite.
* Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential; transferable skills and a proactive attitude are welcome.
