You would lead our client’s customer order management, drive process improvements, and enhance collaboration with key stakeholders. Naturally, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in supply chain operations, logistics, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries and complaints
* Manage logistics & 3PL relationships, leading weekly meetings to optimise operations
* Oversee order management, claims processing, returns, and delivery tracking
* Refine customer service policies, driving efficiencies and service excellence
* Monitor & report on KPIs, analysing trends and identifying improvement areas
* Develop strong retailer relationships, acting as the main point of contact
* Implement collaboration programs, improving efficiency and sustainability
* Lead & develop the customer service team, providing training and mentorship
* Ensure compliance & financial accuracy, reconciling invoices and managing credit claims
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years’ experience in a Customer Service Manager role
* Strong background in 3PL warehousing and logistics
* Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP4Hana) and advanced Excel skills
* Customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience in the grocery channel and face-to-face customer engagement
* Analytical & process-driven, with a proactive approach to issue resolution
* People management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team

Salary: Up to £55,000 + extensive benefits package (dependent on experience)
