About the Role
The BizApps Centre of Excellence (COE) is a vital function within our organisation, promoting, accelerating, and governing the adoption and delivery of the Microsoft Business Applications platform. We are at the heart of our digital strategy and underpin many of our leading customer products and services. With our services highly in demand, this is an exciting time to join our growing team.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Safeguarding platform adoption, maintaining governance controls, and enforcing standards and best practice across pro-dev and citizen-dev communities.
* Implementing platform enablement and adoption strategy for the Power Platform across pro-dev and cit-dev communities.
* Working collaboratively with SMEs from Microsoft, 3rd party partners, and within the business to assess evergreen change for the Power Platform, identifying and impact assessing changes to key service components in-use and where applicable, supporting testing and implementation ahead of general release.
* Supporting Power Platform citizen development community of practice, leading training and development of makers and champion user community, facilitating community engagement sessions, demonstrating capabilities and use cases, providing advice and guidance, and maturing capability in this area.
You'll be ideal for this role if you have:
* Experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
* In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio/PVA, Dataverse, Power BI, Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights, and SharePoint Online.
* Knowledge of licensing and governance models for the Microsoft Power Platform and how to optimize usage and cost.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A creative and innovative mindset to impassion others.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
