Quarter is looking for a proactive and friendly Room Attendant / Cleaner (25 hours per week) to join our hotel housekeeping team at the Berkeley Square Hotel. This Hotel Room attendant position offers flexibility and a 'lock up and leave' approach to working - no stress or worry from one shift to the next We offer training to those who want to progress, a friendly and welcoming team environment and hours that can work around existing commitments - be they children, other jobs or study (or something else). Salary details: £11.50 per hour for mid-week shifts and £12 per hour for weekend and Bank Holiday shifts Top three room attendants will get a bonus of £100, £50 and £25 respectively at the end of each month Monthly pay on the 30th of each month (or nearest working day before if this falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday) £100 signing on bonus in first pay if you have a contract of more than 20 hours Details of the Hotel Room Attendant role: Based at the Berkeley Square Hotel in Clifton, Bristol 25 hours per week (approx. 5 shifts per week) on a rota basis, including weekends on rotation Daily start time at around 8.30 on weekdays and 9.30am on weekends - you will be working until approximately 3pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends No zero-hours contracts Fixed days would be possible for the right candidate Rotas done fortnightly - it would be possible to fit this role around childcare or other commitments 28 days holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays) pro rata for part time Opportunities for progression to supervisor and Head Housekeeper after 3 and 6 months - with additional training provided at each stage We are, ideally, looking for an immediate start, however it’s more important that we find the right person A good understanding of English is preferred. Some cleaning or housekeeping experience would be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
