The Role:
My mainstream client based a short commute from Banbury is actively seeking an experienced Humanities Teacher of a History or RE specialism to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time permanent basis. To thrive in this role you will need to be confident in your ability to plan and mark Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ideally you will also be able to teach Key Stage 5 of at least one humanities subject. You will work closely with students across a range of academic abilities and as such you will need to tailor and target your lesson delivery to accommodate the needs of each student.
The School:
You will be joining a well-resourced Humanities department made up of dedicated subject specialists, who are keen to meet a new addition to their team. As a teacher of Humanities, you will be crucial in contributing to the department’s direction and supporting its stellar reputation. The successful Humanities Teacher can expect an annual base salary in line with the teacher pay scales (£31,650 - £49,084).
